Welcome to Learn to Read With Music, a digital platform designed to help children learn phonics and read fluently through the power of music. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our courses, membership offerings, community features, and any other digital content or services provided through our website and learning platform (collectively, the “Program”).

By signing up for any of our membership plans (including free trials), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Intellectual Property Rights: all content, including music albums, songs, videos, images, and text available on the website is the intellectual property of Miss Kim and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from Miss Kim.

Use of Content: the content provided on the website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the content for any commercial or public purposes without obtaining permission from Miss Kim.

Newsletter: by subscribing to Learn to Read with Music newsletter, you agree to receive updates and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the newsletter.

Liability Disclaimer: Learn to Read with Music strives to provide accurate and reliable information. However, the website and their content are provided on an “as is” basis, and Learn to Read with Music does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information.

You agree to use the website and LMS at your own risk.

Governing Law: these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.

1. Membership and Trial Offer

1.1. Free Trial Eligibility

We offer a 14-day free trial for both our Annual Membership and Lifetime Access plans. This trial gives you full access to all our digital products, courses, downloadable content, worksheets, video lessons, and the private community forum.

1.2. Registration Requirements

To begin the 14-day trial, you must provide valid payment information (credit card or other accepted method) during registration. No charges will be made during the trial period.

1.3. Automatic Billing

If you do not cancel your membership within the 14-day trial period, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial for the selected plan:

Annual Membership: $97 Lifetime Access: $297

Once the charge is processed, access to the Program continues without interruption.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time during the 14-day trial period to avoid being charged.

To cancel:

Click on your Profile in the top menu.

Navigate to the Billing section.

Select Cancel Membership and confirm your cancellation.

Once canceled, your access to all Program content and the private community will be revoked immediately.

2.2. Post-Trial Cancellation

If you cancel after the trial period and after a charge has been made, your payment is non-refundable, and you will retain access for the remainder of your subscription term.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the 14-day trial has ended and your payment has been processed.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge:

You had access to the full Program for 14 days free of charge.

You had the opportunity to cancel prior to being charged.

All payments made after the free trial are final and non-refundable.

We strongly encourage users to take full advantage of the trial period to evaluate the Program before the billing date.

4. Program Access and User Responsibilities

Program access is granted solely to the registered user and may not be shared or transferred. All materials are protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Community Guidelines

As a member of our learning community, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other parents, homeschoolers, and users.Avoid using language that is inappropriate, discriminatory, or offensive.Not promote external products, services, or websites within the community space.

Violation of community rules may result in removal from the group and termination of access.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
